This document outlines how PTA-run SAT/ACT practice test fundraisers work with Academy Technologies.

SAT/ACT PRACTICE TEST FUNDRAISER OVERVIEW

Provider: Academy Technologies
Platform: Online Score Tracker

PTA Responsibilities

The PTA agrees to:

  • Promote the fundraiser to families

  • Collect all payments from participants

  • Maintain a list of paid students

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for parents and students

  • Distribute the signup instructions provided by Academy Technologies

The PTA is responsible for handling:

  • Refunds

  • Payment issues

  • Fundraiser accounting

Academy Technologies Responsibilities

Academy Technologies agrees to:

  • Provide access to SAT or ACT practice tests through Online Score Tracker

  • Score tests and generate reports

  • Provide secure student login access

  • Supply signup links and instructions

  • Invoice the PTA after the fundraiser concludes

Academy Technologies does not collect individual student payments.

Data & Privacy

  • Student data is used only to provide testing and scoring services.

  • Individual student login information is not shared with the PTA.

  • PTAs may receive aggregate or summary reports only.

Test Disclaimer

SAT practice tests provided through Online Score Tracker are:

  • Practice materials only

  • Not affiliated with or endorsed by the College Board

  • Not official SAT exams

Payment & Invoicing

  • Academy Technologies will invoice the PTA based on the agreed per-student amount.

  • Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Support & Communication

  • Parents and students should contact the PTA first with questions.

  • The PTA may escalate issues to Academy Technologies as needed.

Termination

Either party may discontinue participation in future fundraisers at any time.
