Academy Technologies retains student data only as long as necessary to provide educational services.
Retention Period

Student accounts and test data are retained for up to 12 months after the last test activity.

After this period, accounts and associated test data are deleted from active systems.
Early Deletion Requests

Parents or guardians may request earlier deletion of a student’s account and data.

Requests should be submitted through the sponsoring PTA or directly to Academy Technologies.
PTA Fundraiser Records

PTA fundraiser participation records (e.g., number of students, dates, aggregate results) may be retained for accounting and reporting purposes.

These records do not include individual login credentials.
Legal and Operational Exceptions
Data may be retained longer if required by:

Legal obligations

Accounting or audit requirements

System backups (which are overwritten on a rolling basis)
