We wanted to keep you updated on two major developments.
1. Enhanced/Online ACT
Our platform to support the Online ACT will be ready next week. You will be able to create your own quizzes and full tests and administer practice Online ACT tests. The test will follow the new shorter, enhanced ACT format. We are still working on a practice test which will become available before the end of February.
We will not be charging anything for the use of our Online ACT platform (including our first test) until April. We anticipate making more updates and tweaks as soon as ACT releases more information and practice material.
Before the end of the February, we will support a paper version of the enhanced ACT. Processing/grading will work exactly as with the current paper ACTs. You can enter your own answer keys (and scales) and then have us process scanned paper bubble sheets. You will also be able to have students fill out a digital version of the paper bubble sheet (we call it Online Answer Sheet) through their student portal. Again, the process will be exactly the same as it is now for ACT practice tests. Only the bubble sheet will look differently.
2. Digital SAT – New Bluebook Tests
We are processing the information provided by the new Bluebook tests. Our newly release test #7 is on par with the difficulty level of the new Bluebook tests. We are updating our remaining tests as well. A 2025 version of our Practice Test #1 will be available next week. The others will follow shortly after.
If your students take the new Bluebook tests and you want to import those scores into the Online Score Tracker, we have already mapped the new Bluebook tests #7 and #8. Just a quick reminder, your students can email you their Bluebook report and you can paste it into your Online Score Tracker account where it then becomes part of the student’s score history.
