Academy Technologies – Online Score Tracker

Academy Technologies respects the privacy of students and families who use the Online Score Tracker platform. This statement explains what information we collect, how it is used, and how it is protected.

Information We Collect

When a student creates an account on Online Score Tracker, we collect:

  • First and last name

  • Email address (used only for account login and password reset)

  • Username and encrypted password

  • Test responses and scores

We do not collect:

  • Social Security numbers

  • Dates of birth

  • Home addresses

  • Payment or credit card information

All payments for PTA fundraisers are handled directly by the PTA or booster organization.

How Information Is Used

Student information is used solely to:

  • Provide access to SAT practice tests

  • Score and generate performance reports

  • Allow students to securely log in and reset passwords

  • Provide aggregate summary reports to the sponsoring PTA or school

Academy Technologies does not use student data for advertising or marketing purposes.

Data Sharing

  • Student data is never sold or shared with third parties.

  • Individual student accounts and login credentials are not shared with PTAs or schools.

  • PTAs may receive aggregate or summary reports (e.g., number of participants, overall score distributions).

Email Use

Email addresses are used only for:

  • Account login

  • Password reset

  • Test-related notifications

We do not send promotional or marketing emails to students.

Data Security

Academy Technologies uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect student data, including:

  • Encrypted passwords

  • Secure access controls

  • Limited internal access to student records
